Darf ich vorstellen: "The Peak"🙂

Warum "The Peak"?🧐

Was ich erreichen wollte?🤔

********************************************

I introduce: "The Peak"
Yes, it took a little while until the final system was ready, but now the time has come. The Fractal Design Define S2 serves as the basis. I made a few parts for it, e.g. the front panel, a cover for the PSU Shroud including the new Fractal logo and the inner side panel on which the pump / AGB combination now hangs.

Here are a few lines about how this motto came about: Why "The Peak"?
Actually, it should be a completely different concept / color scheme.
But then everything changed.
It all started when I was in September in the mountains of the South Tyrolean Dolomites with my wife. Of course we have seen a lot there and what can I say. When we were out on the Three Peaks at 2500 meters, it just flashed me totally. This nature, rock formations, the view, the air ... just everything up there fascinated me.
The impressions continue today and one evening while planning the front panel the spontaneous idea came up and all plans were thrown out of hand. Sketches here, templates there, sweat & blood was there too ... My only tool was my Dremel, sandpaper, file and other hand tools. Nothing was made by machine.

What did I want to achieve? Try me out, test new things and just do what you want.
A little piece of vacation is now on my table. Nothing playful or extremely built-in.
I wanted to keep it simple but still show changes and I am satisfied with the result.

Of course I am happy about feedback - it is my first "Mod" and water cooling after several years.
